Hi everyone to those who know me and those who don't. I just wanted to finally get out a bio about my experience and schooling on trading options etc.  I started trading (mostly investing) in 1997 and as I saw the brokerage fees' I said I have to learn to do this on my own. My Dad worked for Standard and Poors for some years and was an avid investor, so maybe some of Daddy rubbed off on me. :)

 

I finally opened my own trading account and started trading my own stock choices. At first mostly by fundamentals, but found that I was fascinated by analysis. Then a friend in 2000 introduced me to options and I actually "fell in love" They were an fascinating vehicle to trade with and have leverage without the amount of risk involved.  There were some that said "oh you better be careful or you can lose your top" That got me thinking that I need to be educated about them if I was to do them right.  So in 2001  I signed up with a beginner course with Optionetics.  I went to my first seminar and fell even harder for my little option friends. Options are a fascinating mix of moving parts.  I was so intrigued  I continued with optionetics and kept going over and over again (costly yes) and learned you must know the Greeks basics to become a true options trader. 

 

As of now I have accomplished a Advanced Masters level in Options and Risk management.  I do live technical analysis audio and video everyday the markets are open. I can analyze almost anything at all. This includes Futures /ES /TF /NQ corn wheat cocoa what I learned I specialize in is technical analysis again following in my Father's footsteps :)  With that I learned to ignore the news and the knee jerk reactions and just us TA and that has gotten better with every passing day doing it all day long and yes even on weekends :)

 

I like to say that risk graphs, charts are the prettiest art to me :) That being said trading is my passion and I live and love to do it. My father always said that if you really love something you will exceed at it :)
